Glory of Love – Peter Cetera
Tonight it’s very clear
As we’re both lying here
There’s so many things I want to say
I will always love you
I would never leave you alone
Sometimes I just forget
Say things I might regret
It breaks my heart to see you crying
I don’t wanna lose you
I could never make it alone
I am a man who will fight for your honor
I’ll be the hero you’re dreaming of
We’ll live forever
Knowing together that we
Did it all for the glory of love
You’ll keep me standing tall
You’ll help me through it all
I’m always strong when you’re beside me
I have always needed you
I could never make it alone
I am a man who will fight for your honor
I’ll be the hero you’ve been dreaming of
We’ll live forever
Knowing together that we
Did it all for the glory of love
Just like a knight in shining armor
From a long time ago
Just in time I will save the day
Take you to my castle far away
I am a man who will fight for your honor
I’ll be the hero you’re dreaming of
We’re gonna live forever
Knowing together that we
Did it all for the glory of love
We’ll live forever
Knowing together that we
Did it all for the glory of love
We did it all for love
We did it all for love
We did it all for love
We did it all for love
Its been a while, i mean a ‘long’ while since the last time i update my blog. Busy with life, with family, my brother kahwin (congrats bro), politic here and there, my mummy in a happy camp mood, all sorts of ‘hu-ha-hu-ha’, money problem (this one is biasalah), business waiting for the ‘kwan’ to masuk poket, enjoying watching Manchester United every weekends… bla bla bla. Anyway syukur ke hadrat Allah, still here alive and kicking as always. My wife just got a new job, my daughters are now back to normal hours of sleeping and main-main, hopefully. Just glad everything is running smoothly now, insyallah.

During my cuti panjang from this blog, i take the pleasure in watching The Sopranos. All of them, i mean from the start season one till the end season six. Thats a long seven to eight years of good tv. Thanks to the internet (torrent), i manage to habis tengok all the series within 3 weeks hehe. Right now is on Astro HBO, just entered the second season every Monday night. The series centred about Tony Soprano the acting Italian American mob boss, and his trials, tribulations and visits to a therapist! Basically, it’s the TV version of the movie Godfather. If you like a great storyline, interesting characters and have a passion for The Godfather, than The Sopranos will amaze you. I love this series and would recommend it to anyone male or female.

The creator David Chase has done a remarkable job and leave ‘the ending debatable’ and very open : – ) Some people said it clever and some people hated it. I really thought it was wonderfully edited. Thats the brilliant of David Chase. He puts the end for us to use our own imaginations. To leave the decision up to us, the viewers, was a bold and interesting way to end a brilliant series.
Personally after watch the finale episode again and again, i agree.. all the signs are there. If you know the relationship in The Godfather between oranges and death, you will get the picture. Honestly from my view, The Sopranos may never be adequately replaced. David Chase has made a “Lynch-like” ending was controversial but it also insured that the Sopranos will be talked about for a long long time.
Fuhgeddaboudit! ... – what a line : – )
I’ve been waiting for this sequel and finally it will be release on April 25, 2008. John Cho and Kal Penn returning as the duo of stoners (weed people) and Neil Patrick Harris (Doogie Howser) also returns as himself. Last time when he stole Harold car, he accidentally “mess-up” the back seats..you know..stone and horny is a bad combination LOL. The movie written and directed by Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg, who both co-wrote and produced the first film Harold and Kumar go to White Castle. The trailer (i enjoyed it very much) was band R-rated with nudity (that is one nice ass), excessive language and foul content.
The plot this time Kumar is being mistaken for a ‘terrorist’ while they are trying to use a bong on board a plane in route to Amsterdam. They were captures by the passengers and sent to the Guantanamo Bay detention center. From there they break out from Guantanamo and begin their adventures.
So watch out guys, they’re back with their cheap, racial jokes and cheesy humor and i like it a lot. Asian humor in hollywood, just can’t match it : – )
“Why dont you go outside and play… or go f**k yourself”...LOL. Thats what i thought about the F-Word show when i first saw it, the word f**k but i was wrong, its all about the
Food. Its a magazine style show. Every week Ramsay gets new non-skilled chefs that he called “the brigade” to create
starters,
main courses and
desserts for 50
customers and if they (the customers) dont like it, they could choose not to pay for that item. There’s also a slot Celebrity Recipe Challenge where a celebrity guest challenges Ramsay to make a better well-known delicacy. I’ve watched all series up to the latest new season 3 episodes and it got much better and better.
Some people dislike Gordon Ramsay for his arrogance but i think he only shows his butt-whip no nonsense attitude in the kitchen a.k.a the show. Some ppl also called him
SIR SWEARALOT : – ). Back to the show, i enjoy the part when he bullet-points the recipe. Unlike a common cooking show he skips all the blithering and telling you how simple it is with his voice over. Overall the show had a lot of variety in it where thats fine by me and i enjoyed watching it everytime. So for those who hate it, F**k Off!
LOL !! ....
“I was in Norway recently diving for Giant King Crabs for the show. It was minus 25 degrees. We came back and I was freezing my nuts off – I swear to God there were ice cubes in my ball bag. I won’t be opening a restaurant in Norway – it took three days for my balls to defrost.” –
Gordon Ramsay (Closer Magazine).
I was a big fan of the
Ramsays Kitchen Nightmares (British format) when i first watched it on
Asia Food Channel (AFC) via
Astro 2-3 months ago. I decided to download it and have watched all 4 seasons. All i can say, its all worth a popcorn and a blog to write about it : -). Its on 5th season right now on
BBC. Talking about
RKN, its simple: take a failing restaurant, and send
Gordon Ramsay in with a
week to identify what’s going wrong, and do whatever he thinks to sort things out. The show is designed to confirm all of the viewers’ worst fears when it comes to their local neighborhood eateries, be it moldy pesto and the casting directors have done a great job.
On the whole, this was a
satisfying tv series. It has all the familiar elements, protagonist, antagonist, conflict and resolution. The show rests firmly on Gordon Ramsay and he shines in the spotlight, narrating what the audience is feeling, albeit with more
profanity. His dialogue is
bleeped at least once every time he opens his mouth..
LOL, but he carries such authority in the kitchen that rather than blanching at his cursing,
you agree with what he’s saying.
